 I learned a new weave the other day from youtube.. She is a Spanish crafter.. "craftingeek" is her name just in case you want to check her out.

She named the weave "Trenza Doble", I have no idea what's Trenza was so i checked google for translation. Trenza simply braid or plait in english. So maybe in English we can call it 

"Doble Braid or Plait"

Thats cool! :)

It's very easy thing to do.. Don't require advance knowledge in knot tying to learn and do this :)


I used silk cord for this bracelet. Maybe some other time I'll try it with paracord.

Paracord Belt.. the making

Okay guys.. here a short video while I'm doing the Paracord Belt :) .. just to give you an idea how much effort we spend just to give our customer a top quality paracord products! This belt has a maximum length or 40". We used more than 100 feet of paracord all in all. Just imagine how we managed to hold that amount of paracord while doing the belt.. tangles everywhere! But the effort and time spent (plus the bruises I got in my hands. LOL ) are all worth it when see the outcome! :)

Finished Paracord Belt

Finally we're done with this paracord belt. It took a while to finish it because in the first attempt, I  made a mistake regarding the length. Im already done 20 inches when I realized that there's something wrong with the measurement..

There's no best remedy but to unweave and do it from the start.. again. That's how we are dedicated to give top quality paracord products to our customers. We make sure every product is perfect!

 This  customized Paracord Belt is 40 inches in lenght, in Black and Tan color.

MIA Again

We're very sorry for not updating our blog for more than a week now. We'd been busy with our embroidery business. But even though, we keep monitoring our blog for page views and we're so delighted to see that almost everyday page views are increasing! We thank all those who drop by a moment to visit our page :)

Crafting Tip # 1

What to do if you were left with white cord or string but you'll be needing several different colors and there's no available around?

Well, let us give you one solution.. DYE it!

Fabric Dye

Fabric Dye are available in many colors. This can be buy at our local school supplies stores. This dye can be applied with cotton cord, yarn and embroidery floss. Although using this technique can be time and effort consuming, its all worth it! Using fabric dye even more fun 'cause you can combine colors of your choice.

Here's one video tutorial on how to hand dyed an embroidery floss that can also be apply with other cord or string. You can copy (just like what we did) the technique showed in this video.
